1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund, unless the item was defective upon arrival.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Refund

To start a refund request:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item(s) if applicable.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and details on where to send the item(s).

3. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective items, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account, depending on their processing policies.
  • Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exceptions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for refunds or returns.
